At Flourish, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade headbands. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. In this case, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us here before sending any items back so we can guide you through the returns process.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Custom and Personalised Items
Please note that custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
